How to Order Your Personlized Story Book
Our on-line Order Page is under construction. However, the following information will be helpful when ordering the personalized storybooks offered by It's A Kids Life Inc.
- For your convenience we have created order forms which you can download immediately by clicking the "Buy Now" button by the book you'd like. Completed forms can be either mailed in or we have a 24 hr fax available for credit card orders.
- Payment must be received at the time of ordering. Methods of payment are by personal cheque, money
order, Visa or Master Card.
- Books paid by personal cheque will be sent to you within 10-14 business days after we receive your order. However, books paid by money order or by credit card will be sent out within three business days after It's A Kids Life Inc. receives your order. Please note, shipping times may vary due to stock availability and the size of your order.
- Please print your order information and contact information clearly in BLOCK LETTERS. Don't forget to
include your phone number with the area code and your email address in case we need to contact you for any reason.
- On the printable order forms you will notice something like this (max 20). That means the maximum number
of characters and spaces allowed for that information block is 20.
- Please use one order form per book. If you need extra order forms, you can either download another form or write the required information on a blank sheet of paper for the next person on your list.
- There is a $2.50 shipping fee per book.
- There is 5% GST added to every orders.
